71 years ago the last mountain race of Opfertshofen \"Kleiner Klausen\" took place on the at that time 3.7 km long course. The event was already one of the most popular and best-attended races in Switzerland. This year the event was revived under the slogan \"meet, enjoy, inspire\". Only vintage-vehicles, -motorcycles and -bicycles took part in the nostalgic event. The show drives were carried out on the shortened, 900m long track in corso rounds and single starts. Not only the challenging track characteristics attracted the many classic car fans to Opfertshofen, but also the beautiful landscape with its magnificent panoramic view, which surrounded the winding track. The vehicles were all parked in the village, so that the streets and courtyards were briefly converted into a historic paddock. The physical well-being of the spectators and visitors was provided by various restaurants and pubs in the village. The event took place in bright sunshine and warm temperatures, so it was not surprising that about 4000 visitors were present and provided for an easy-going and cheerful atmosphere.
